svn checkout http://lisatools.googlecode.com/svn lisatools

or if you are a registered project member with

svn checkout https://lisatools.googlecode.com/svn lisatools --username YOURGMAILNAME

and with the password that you can find at http://code.google.com/hosting/settings. E-mail one of the project owners to become a member.
